MP3 songs
 
Good Morning

I have a linux installed machine.

I need to run MP3 songs .

Can any one please tell me what are the basic reqirments i need to install on my machine

I would generally use mplayer for all the mp3's that I would want to play.
I am not sure, but something of this sort should work ;)

For such a question, please state the distro that you have installed, and what choices you made in installing the software. Omitting this information makes it kinda hard to guess for us what you have.

Dear Rehan
You have to check xmms package in your machine.If not then download package from rpmfind.net and adjust your operating system (linux-9, fedora core 8,9 etc ) Installed the package. I think this will be helpful to you.

if you are using fedora distro then you can use vlc, mplayer or realplayer.
