mp3 player, mass storage, problem
Hi
I am hoping I haven't broken something. I am using Suse 10.2. I have a USB hub and then plugged into that I have my card reader, camera cable. I also use my mp3 player to load music and transfer data. Normally, when I plug a device in, an icon appears on my desktop.
I forgot to unmount the mp3 player, I just took it out. Now I do not get an icon on my desktop. I thought the next time I turned it on it would be okay, but this is not the case.
How do I find the mp3 player? I presume the usb port is still working as the card reader is working.
Regards

Hi
I have no idea what the relevant service would be? Any pointers appreciated.
