mozzla problems-can not read files online, can not read attachments

Hi everyone

I read many howto's about my problem but i can not find solution.
I am using mozzila firefox and i can not open any kind of file when I am online.( I have to save it firs on my computer and then read it, but I wish i can read it online)
I can not download even my email attachments.
I do not know what to do.
Does anybody know what is solution?

In order to be able to open/read files online you need the appropriate plugin; e.i. pdf, java. In order to read office/doc files you need an office program that can read them.

What webemail can you not open attachments?
