Question Mozilla works only when root

Hi!

I have installed Mandrake 10.0 and Mozilla 1.6 as a web browser on a computer at work. Mozilla work's only when I am root (from the console). I have checked permissions and can see anything wrong. Probably it is a simple problem but I just can't solve it. At home I have no problems with Mozilla 1.6 together with Mandrake 9.2.
