when i made the upgrade from mozilla 1.3 to 1.4, and i started my default profile is corrupt, the theme caracteristics went crazy.

The buttons have changed to the classic theme and i had NautiPolis , but the status bar,menu bar and the bookmark bar stayed in the previous.

I can't seem to do any changes into the profile, it keeps asking me to restart the browser. but when i do, there have been no changes.

All my bookmarks are gone.

At the theme change screen in preferences; the preview little screen, does not show anything.

i'm running slackware 9.0, i ran the installer from a user account.

i don't want to lose the profile all the cookies are in my default theme, i can do a new one but i would need a way to move all the config to the new profile.

i do need help on this!!!

I had a corrupt mozilla profile and here's what I did. I copied my bookmarks, cookies, and files that I wanted to keep to a folder outside of the profile folder, delete the profile, open mozilla, set up a new profile and copy everything back in.
