Mozilla Java Plugin

Hi!
I have Debian Woody with Mozilla 2.2?! I''ve downloaded the j2se Virtual Mashine to get the Mozilla Plugin to work. I create a symbolic Link: ls -s /usr/local/j2re1.4.1_01/plugin/i386/ns600/libjavaplugin_oji.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/libjavaplugin_oji.so
Everythink works fine!! Now i've made an update to Debian Sid. (includes mozilla 1.3). Now the Java Plugin don't work anymore. The symbolic Links are OK. What is going wrong? How can i get the plugin to work in Debian Sid?

hmmm... as far as I can remember in the j2re/plugin folder there should be a folder named "mozilla". You have to make a symbolic link of the file thats at the end of the tree there and all should work fine.

In case of mozilla you do not have to do anything on your side
Just go to a site (like www.bbc.com/news) that has Java Applets in it.
Mozilla will complain about the plugin.Say yes to the dialog that apperas.Mozilla will take you to a page where you can clikc the button to download and install the Java Plugin. You do nto have to do anything:everything happens automatically!

Hope that help...
