Mozilla FireFox Trouble

I installed Mozilla Firefox, but at the end of the installation it gave me the following messages.

Now it doesnt' recognize teh flash plugin installed on my machine. Mozilla 1.2.1 recognizes it, but firefox doesn't. Also it has not created any menu options.

I am using redhat release 9

Try removing all of the extensions and plugins from your profile folder and see if firefox will start. Alternatively just move your whole profile directory to a new location and see if firefox creates a new one and loads.

thats not worked. also my firefox keeps crashing on and off.

I am getting this error when I run firefox. Please help me.
