ok thanks, now it worked, you was right i was using the wrong plugin
but now there is another problem.... java applets seems to be "bigger" than the space assigned by the page, so for example in a java applet i should see a field where to insert a password, and a button, but i see only a half of the blank field, as the applet's graphic would be too big for that square... and i know it doesn't (checked from windoze)
