Unhappy mozilla firefox


Greetings

I have a proxy server proxy01.example.com with port 80.

I use this proxy to access internet.

When ever i access any website it is asking me for the authentication required.

The proxy01.example.com:80 is requesting a username and password.The site says"
Username
Password


can any one please tell me how to disable this authentication.

On FFx have you looked at Edit->Preferences->Advanced and then clicked the Network tab and then clicked on Connection->Settings?
There are a complete set of proxy controls that you can set to your liking.
