Are you sure that you are allowed to distribute your own binary build of firefox and your own package of the adobe flash plugin? I am not sure about the mozilla build, but I am pretty sure that flash it not freely redistributable, otherwise it would be included by default on all the installation cdroms.

I tried reading the Flash license and got a headache. Will the OP please post a statement that he/she has checked all applicable licenses and that this is in compliance?

OP apparently is not going to affirm that this is legal.
