Mozilla and ssl problems
Hello,
I am doing some development on a ssl enabled application and I develop under Redhat 9.0. I use mozilla as my browser to connect up to the application but I can't connect up and I get this error:
[servername] recieved a message with incoreect Message Auth. Code. If the error occurs frequently, contact the web Administrator.
This does not happen in windows under IE. What is the problem, what can I do about it? I hate having to test under windows. It means I have to go to another machine....big time waster.
I talked to the web admin and he thinks it is my maching??
This may be silly but I remember mozilla on redhat propably needs the mozilla security manager rpm installed to enable ssl?
I say I can't be 100% sure cause I switched to using apt-get ages ago and it's just one rpm download and none of redhat's silly export encryption nonsense (like the mp3 thing).
The apt-repository I got moz 1.4 off (the sources.list file) is :-

Thanks for your help. I tried upgrading to mozilla 1.4 and installed the personal security manager....didn't help! So I got really tired of trying to get mozilla to work and moved on to another browser Opera 7. And man is it a lot better than mozilla. If anybody is looking for a cool browser to try, check it out. I have only been using it for a couple of days, but I am finding it way better than any other browser out there.
