Mozilla ActiveX Control

I am attempting to install the latest Mozilla ActiveX control in order to patch World of Warcraft. When I try to install the ActiveX control, it runs successfully for a bit, then says:
Code:
The Mozilla control was unable to detect where your
Mozilla layout libraries may be found. You will now
be shown a directory picker for you to locate them.
It pops up a directory listing, but no matter what I pick, it returns:
Code:
The Mozilla control could not be loaded correctly.
This is could be due to an invalid location being
specified for the Mozilla layout libraries or missing
files from your installation.

Visit http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/mozilla.htm for
in-depthtroubleshooting advice.
I visited the listed website and saw nothing that would help me.

I googled for "Mozilla layout libraries" and saw that apparently the win32 ActiveX build has a problem, but the thread appears to be from 2001, so, although it is the same error, I doubt if it is the same problem. Not just that, I don't have a windows compiler anywhere, so I couldn't recompile anything with that fix anyway.

Do any of you know how I would fix this?
