Mozilla accidently unable to open browser?

my moziila is accidently starting not to work? i dont know what happened to my linux box. when i click on mozilla icon it doesnot starts. i also reinstalls it but it is not working? the mozilla is not uninstalls because it is having a dependencies.?
help me to start mozilla. also where can i get working netsacpe rpm for redhat linux 9?

Have you tried typing mozilla in to a command line to see what errors you receive?

hello XavierP,
i gave the command on console but it doesnot give me any output. it does something at background for some time and give console again.

Try a clean profile. Delete (or rename to move it out of the way) the hidden folder .mozilla in your home folder then start Mozilla.
