moving saved Evolution emails from user to user

OK. The story is, I've decided to help out (well, try to help out) this NPO, where they've got Ubuntu 5.10 on one machine (a recent development, thanks to someone installing it, then permanently leaving the state without warning - or proper setting up of Linux... nice), and Windows 98 on another.

So, on the Ubuntu machine, the dolt who set it up (no, not me) decided to make two main users that are virtually identical, which both receive the same email (from the same POP3 account.) So, someone logs in as one user, opens up Evolution (or it starts automatically) and some emails download to that user's Inbox. They log off. Next person comes along, they log in as the other user, start Evolution, more email comes in, only this time to this other user's Inbox.

Anyway, I've set things up properly for the future now, in a lot of ways, but how do I transfer the emails that are already there in User 2's Inbox to User 1's Inbox? : / Go easy - I'd never looked at Evolution before today; I like Thunderbird, myself.

What do I need to do?

Why don't you copy it from folder to folder.
Email is stored in ~/.evolution/mail
