Movie Clips

I have a full length movie that I need to break into clips for a presentation. Any recommendations about which video editor to use to create these short clips? Also, I have the movie in .MP4 format (through HandBrake) if that matters. Thanks in advance!

You can try avidemux and perhaps openshot. The latter will give you the option to add some effects, tittles etc.
