Mouse. Span two screens. Win. and Lin.

On TechTV, I saw a demostration of software that allowed the user to span two monitors. The neat thig was: One monitor had RedHat on it and the other had Windows on it. I think all you needed was a network.

If anyone has heard of this, please let me know. It would make my life a lot easier.

Yeah, I remember that segment. The project is called Synergy. I always wanted to try it out, but never quite got around to it.

Check back and let me know how it works out.

Enjoy!

I have been using it with a WinXP to Win XP solution and it works perfectly.

I have to get it set up to run in Fedora, and finally adjust the configuration files so that either OS will connect to either OS (I have a DT dual booting XP and Fedora and a laptop also dual booting XP and Fedora).

I will probably play with the Fedora config this weekedn, as the installation went flawlessly.
