mouse scrool and keyboard delay/repeat

I was wondering how do I control mouse sensitivity/scroll/acceleration and keyboard repeat/delay ?

That would depend a _lot_ on your choice of desktop environment (KDE/GNOME/fluxbox/etc...) or, if you're a hardcore control-freak there's always 'xset' (see 'man xset' before taking that leap).

im using fluxbox, I have read the xset manuals but I can't actually set the keyboard repeat rate, no idea why it doesn't seem to accept the right parameters, could you give me an example ?

or maybe it is possible to set that in the config file ?

yeah im a control freak allright, I just don't know the controls ..........lol?
