su to root user in a command line
create a mount point with
mkdir /mnt/windows
then
kedit /etc/fstab
Add this line to the bottom of fstab - make sure you substitute in the device name of the partition that Windows is on ( and mount point name if your using a different mount point) .
/dev/hda1 /mnt/windows vfat umask=000,defaults 0 0
