Question Motion on pclinuxos


can someone tell me how to install Motion on pclinuxos 2009

i have install it from synaptic but i cant find him in start menu to run

Read the documentation for Motion. It is a commandline tool; there is absolutely no graphical interface. Therefore, no entry in the menu.

i get motion to work
but how to add sound to play when he detect motion ( alarm )
and how to stop motion ( what comand )
