motd


yes i installed something which no screwed the motd

could some one upload for me

/etc/motd

i want my motds back


this is slackware 10

Or, you could just do this:
Code:
user@machine$ su
Password:
root@machine# cd /etc
root@machine# rm -fR ./motd
root@machine# pico motd
Type your message of the day, and hit CTRL+X, hit Y to save, hit enter, and log out, and back in. You should be good.....

but i liked the one that slackware came with :P

yes that is a possible
