I have installed empathy throw the synaptic and when I started it I have this message (to add a new account, you firs have to install a backend for each protocol you want to use) and on the left there is (add remove) and the 2 cant press them so what to do to fix this problem?

I suggest that you really consider using punctuation in future. Long run-on sentences are very difficult to read.
