MonoDevelop troubles

I just installed MonoDevelop on my Debian box, and it isn't compiling things properly. If I open a project from SharpDevelop with one .dll and one executable it compiles properly but gives an error when I hit run or run it from the command line:

** (/mnt/fat/morgan/csprog/Mlib/bin/Debug/MLibTest.exe:4349): WARNING **: Could not find assembly MLib, references from /mnt/fat/morgan/csprog/Mlib/bin/Debug/MLibTest.exe (assemblyref_index=1)
Major/Minor: 0,0
Build: 0,0
Token:

cannot open assembly /mnt/fat/morgan/csprog/Mlib/bin/Debug/MLibTest.exe

If I compile it from the command line and figure out which options to use and stuff it works fine. I just created a new dll and exe that just print text and they compile fine too.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

No answers, More than 1 year, Still SharpDevelop Problem?

No one has answered you. It has been more than one year since you
posted that SharpDevelop would compile and not run from the button
or the command line. Are you still having the same problem? If not
would you please tell us how you solved it. I tried to send you a
PM but couldn't.
