Monitering web site access

Hi everyone,

Basically I would like to set up a monitering system which keeps track of web sites that users have vistied. A bit like Mozilla's internet history. The system only has Mozilla and Konquerer on as web browsers. (using dial up modem)

I cant rely on the browsers history function as this can be wiped!

The reason for this is the computer is kept in a youth group which young people have access to and we'd like to keep tabs on what there surfing!

Are there any files in linux which already do this or is there a decent program to do it???

I know I have asked a similar question to this regarding iptable logging, but I need something simple that non technical people can use in this instance!

Thanks

Tom

umm.... i think if you goto download.com and search for keyloggers you should be able to find a program for linux that records your key strokes... but it records all the key strokes (word docs. URL's, instant messeges, ect.)

hope that helps

actually if you want i can make a perl script that will copy the history log to another location. the script can be run every 1 minute so using cron
