Smile Modifying the menu when you righ click the mouse on the desktop area

I know you can modify the menu when you right click your mouse on the desktop. On Fedora Core 5 you get the following:
Create Folder
Create Launcher
Create Document
Clean up by name
Keep Aligned
Change Desktop Background

Where can I find the file so I can add my own stuff.
I thought it was under /home/username/.gnome But I didn't find it. BTW: I am using Gnome for the desktop not KDE.

I use "Smeg Menu Editor" when adding/removing and changing stuff in my menus. That's the only way I know. You can install Smeg with yum (Applications -> Add/Remove software)

After installation, Smeg will appear in Applications -> System tools
