modification of LEACH and power of transmission

In my study , I have a work on the security issues of the protocol LEACH, and I have to make some modifications on the basic source code provided by MIT written in TCL, So my problem is: I want to simulate a scenareo in which there are 100 nodes executing the original protocol (basic LEACH) and there are 3 or more nodes as attackers will execute the modified protocol(modified by me), Then my question is: can anyone help me by showing me how to specify the attacker nodes to execute the modified protocol rather than the original declared in the beginning of the scenareo and without effect on the other nodes in the simulation.
the simulation is in ns2 simulator.
any little help will be appreciated.

Can any one show me how to modify the power of transmission of one specific node in LEACH protocol without effect on the other nodes in the simulation.
the simulation is in ns-2.34.

One suggestion :

You could ask our LEACH expert, deepa_2111, here ..
