Modem and Scanner not installed by Mankdrake 10.1 Official
 

Hi,
I installed Mandrake 10.1 Official but I couldnot be able to configure my scanner HP2400 Series. and PCTel's HSP56 Modem. This Mandrake was puchased from autherized Linux Distributor.
While installing Scanner the answer is that the driver is not CD. While for Modem everything is fine till testing stage.

Is this a printer/scanner/copier?

At www.linuxcompatible.org there is no HP 2400 listed.
