mod_rewrite rule question

I have this in the .htaccess file:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://radio276.com/$1 [R,NC,L]

Now, when I go to something, like http://radio276.com/webmail/, it gets redirected to https://radio276.com.

Is there a way to make it redirect to what I originally wanted, just via https?
