mod_php installed, but still no mime...

I upgraded (and apparently whacked) my installation of PHP to v4.2.3. Now, my server doesn't seem to recognize the mime type for PHP. (Browsers ask, "Do you want to download this?...")

I updated Apache to 1.3.26 and installed the latest mod_php as well. Still no joy.

Mandrake distro (8.1-ish)

Any thoughts?
