MLdonkey installation

Hi folks,
I hav a little Problem with MLdonkey.

Its the first program that I install with Linux so I have downloaded the file mldonkey-2.5-3.sources.tar.gz.

Now my problem: What do I have to make now?

I use SUSE Linux 8.2 and I haven't got an idea how to install the file?

thanks for helping me!

It all depends on what is included in this package. First I would start by unzipping the package

either use gunzip mldonkey-2.5-3.sources.tar.gz

or gzip -d mldonkey-2.5-3.sources.tar.gz

then tar -xvf mldonkey-2.5-3.sources.tar

This should probably create a directory called mldonkey-2.5-3

cd into the directory and the should ( hopefully ) be a README file.. Follow the instructions
