Missing Wine regapi

Is there a reason my Wine package doesn't come with "regapi". From what I'm reading, it seems that it should come with Wine, right? Or am I mistaken?

I'm trying to run Paint Shop Pro on linux, and in order to do so, I need to import a registry file using "regapi setVal < file.reg", but the command "regapi" is not found...

perhaps you need to be root...
run 'locate regapi', it might not be in your path

"locate regapi" gives me this:

/usr/lib/wine/regapi.exe.so
/usr/bin/regapi

However, those files don't actually exist...
What should I do?

I found /usr/bin/regedit, which does essentially what I want.

If the locate command returned /usr/bin/regapi then I can assure you it exists unless you removed it since you last ran updatedb
