Missing KDE Panel Menu
 
I was working in harddrake and something made the KDE panel menu disappear and I can't see the whole bar. It was set to autohide before.

I went to the commandline to post this. How do I get back to KDE settings to reset the panel settings like autohide or permanent hide in this case?

I'm running KDE on PClinuxOS 2007.

Is is possible to call the KDE settings program from the commandline so that I can fix the panel menu so that it shows up again?

'kcontrol' starts the KDE control centre.
