Yesterday I have saved an important folder in the ".-Trash-1000" --a folder in my mobile hard disk drive.I then encrypt the important folder in windows xp(click the left button of the mouse , choose " attribute" ,then "Advanced",then "Encrypting File") .When I open the ".Trash-1000"the next day in ubuntu,it is empty.I am douptful of it so I open the winxp system, the ".Trash-1000" folder is also empty.I have two operating systems--win XP and Ubuntu.Is the ".Trash-1000" emptyed everyday?Or is it because of the encryption ?Then how can I get my documents back?

You could always run testdisk to recover your files.
