Missing Dependency


Greetings !!!

I have install red hat enterprise edition 5.

i m trying to install openoffice through yum and i m getting following error

Missing Dependency: /etc/SuSE-release is needed by package openoffice.org-suse-menus
Error: Missing Dependency: mandrake-release is needed by package openoffice.org-mandriva-menus

can anyone help which rpm i will have to install to go ahead.

It's normal as you installing on rhel. The only package from Desktop integration you need is "openoffice.org-redhat-menus"

Something seems badly wrong here to me if your attempt to install a Red Hat package is giving you errors to do with SuSE and Mandrake packages. Are you sure you have the right package? Where did you get it from - did it automatically come from a proper RH Repo or did you download it from somewhere 'random'?
