mIRC ---2600---- Which internet chat relay is the best??
 

I use the program mIRC to get into IRC rooms. I suppose I am pretty new to IRC since I don't know how to get to a certain room, but I am familiar with the workings of the program.

My problem is that I want to get to irc.2600.net but mIRC only has a pull down menu for servers and irc.2600.net isn't listed as a server there. How can I get to the irc.2600.net chat from mIRC or is there a better program to do this with?

mIRC is a Windows app isn't it? Are you looking for a better Windows app or a Linux app?

I have the windows app of it (for aol servers)

But for irc I would be happy for a better linux irc app.
