Can you be more specific? Bookmarks for Firefox? Opera? Chrome? Are the bookmarks web-pages? Give us a an example of specific bookmarks, before when you could bookmark and after the update, you are referring too? Have you checked to see if any settings were changed? More information is needed in order to ascertain just exactly what is the problem.

My apologies, greencedar; I use Opera as my primary web browser, but I also have Firefox installed as a backup.

This morning, I installed Mint 19.3 updates via the Update shield on the status bar. After the updates were applied, I wanted to back up my Opera bookmarks, so I opened Opera, clicked "Import/Export bookmarks" at the bottom of the screen, and nothing happens!

Are you still having a problem with Importing Bookmarks using Opera from Firefox?

If so, please go to the following link and study the instructions carefully.

https://hetmanrecovery.com/recovery_...s-in-opera.htm

Especially the directions under,
Quote:
"How to save Opera bookmarks in a file?"
If the above instructions do not fix the problem let us know.
