Mint 'Quianaa' has no screen magnifyer- how to put it in

Having installed 64 bit Mint Quiana, the accecability panel lacks screen magnifyer.

Can this feature be resstored?

That did the trick
Now I see what's going on without holding a magnifyer mm's from the screen.
