Minimzing programs to tray

I did a search, and the two older topics related to my question were not fully answered and were quite old.

Basically, I was wondering if there were any commands/options/apps to minimize ANY running program to the tray (small icons near the clock) in KDE 3.2.1
I'm running Suse 9.1

I do not think so, usually there is a plug in for the app, such as the tray dock for gaim or xmms....

there is a program which minimized programs to tray and it works so easily , the program is AllTray
