Minimise XMMS to system tray?

Anyone know of a way to minimise XMMS to system tray, I really like it, but it would be great to just have it in the system tray, is there no way to do this??

in KDE you have an option in menueditor for the app started to create a systray entry for it, so that might give you the functionality your looking for.. So, if your using KDE, edit your menu entry for xmms (you can fire up menueditor by rightclicking the K button) to include the "Place in system tray" option..

Edit: just a note, this is available in KDE => 3.3, so its a pretty new feature. may not be available for you if you havnt upgraded..

I gave this a go, and I clicked the place in system tray option, then saved it, but it just launched xmms normaly with no system tray icon, you know of any other way to do it?

It can take a KDE restart for it to function.. And make sure you are starting xmms from an entry you just edited.. So, log out and back in, and then it should work.. Back when I used KDE, this was functioning very good, also with xmms..
