Going to need more details. What do you see in the logs? Is the system otherwise booted up and running ok? Can you get into the server from the MAIN console and/or over the network? Have you tried to run the mingetty statements manually in the foreground, to see what happens?
Most importantly, if everything has been working fine for six months, then SOMETHING has changed. What has happened on the box lately? And you should really call RedHat support, since you're paying for it with your RHEL subscription, right??
