Migrating to kernel 2.6 and LVM

Hi all.

I have a kernel 2.4 system with a SATA HD (/dev/hda) , and using LVM.

Im migrating to a 2.6 kernel. First of all, the kernel recognize the SATA HD so now it install at /dev/sda. So after the boot it can't find the LVM partitions...

How to fix this?
