MIgrating to AMD 64 help

In a months time I will be finished building my dream system - and shouldn't everyone be so lucky?!

This involves moving from a 32bit arch to an AMD 64 bit arch. I'm currently running Ubuntu and would like to know an efficient way to move all of my current settings (Including web server, email server (exim) and the plethora of other interesting doodads and whatchamacallitz onto a 64bit build of Ubuntu.

Any advice? Thoughts or tips?
