Microsoft Share Point Services : Linux parallel???

At work today we were given a demonstration of the MS "Share Point Services" which is effectively a team collaborative working space. I understand that it is based on asp.net and coded in C# and runs with MS Office 2003

I was wondering if there is anything similar in the Linux corpus?

Cheers
