metasend and JPEG

I'm trying to mail out a static HTML file which has embedded JPEG picture in it. I'm doing the follwing:
Code:
metasend -b -t waltaqi@ctiemail.com -s "Report" -m text/html -f /root/test.html
the HTML file is being mailed out fine but the JPEG picture is not apearing in the email. The JPEG file is a logo for my company and it has to be for my report to be efficient. What do i need to do to get the JPEG file to appear?
