Menus disappearing in Gnome

I am running Fedora Core 1 with Gnome as my desktop. It was working fine for a few weeks, but when I just rebooted today I lost my menus on the Main Menu. Now, if I click on the Main Menu button (that red hat in the bottom left), it only shows Log Out, Lock Screen, Open Recent, Search for Files, and Run Application. Where did the rest of my menu items go?

Any help would be appreciated.
