Question Menu with more commands

Hello. I will use my own menu tabs with fluxbox.
I have created a file called "steam" in /etc/menu containing:

?package(menu):needs="x11" section="Games/Winex" \
title="Steam" \
command="cd /;cd /root/.transgaming/c_drive/Program\ Files/Steam;winex3 STEAM.exe -use-pthreads no

But it doesn't startup, how can i fix that?
