Menu.lst seems to be corrupted

Hi all,
I've installed Fedora 9 on my computer, which is currently setup to dual boot either Vista and XP. I am able to dual boot either of the 2 windows operating systems right now. I would like to add Fedora to the Vista bootmanager so I can bypass grub. I have found a link and followed it's instructions (http://apcmag.com/how_to_dualboot_vi...rst.htm?page=4) but am now unable to load grub and thus, cannot load Fedora.

I had a look at my menu.lst file that I copied over and I think it is corrupt, so I would appreciate if anybody would be able to suggust what I need to change to be valid.

Contents of menu.lst:
Code:
湉硴乌ŋ./grub.conf
Yes, there is a single line of code in my menu.lst file

Many thanks for your help,
Ben

EDIT: If it helps, I have the Rescue CD burnt if this helps

Problem solved. I ran the Rescue CD and it found there was no bootloader for some reason so I got it installed and the boot menu works fine after adding an entry using EasyBCD
