Has anybody here successfully encoded a movie with mencoder and watched it on an Archos device (AV series or Gmini)? No matter what settings I use, my video always lags by like 3 seconds when I watch it on my AV320. The instructions that this fellow gives
here result in the same problem for me.
Should I be submitting this to the hardware forum instead? Thanks!
