megasas: Failed to alloc kernel SGL buffer for IOCTL


We see the below message when we run dmesg command

"megasas: Failed to alloc kernel SGL buffer for IOCTL"

could you please expalin, why this error is displayed and is it a crtical?

we are runing

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 4)
