Unhappy mbr had over write so lilo is gone how to rewrite lilo to mbr

hello everybody,
i just format my pc last night to reinstall my windows. after finish, my mbr had been overwrite and my lilo are no longer in the mbr. now i have to use boot disk to boot into my Linux.
is there any way, we can rewrite the lilo into the master boot record(mbr). so that i wouldn't need to use the boot disk all the time when ever i want to login to linux?

thankz,
mch

Usually distro's will come with a rescue option on your boot install CDROM. If not, you can boot into Linux and run /sbin/lilo as root, and it should restore LILO to your MBR.

Cool
