Maya 5 and linux
 

Hey guys, I've recently made the switch almost exclusively to linux (redhat 9.0) and after installing maya 5 i get this error:

/usr/aw/maya5.0/bin/maya.bin: relocation error: /usr/aw/maya5.0/lib/libFoundation.so: symbol errno, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference

can anyone help me out? i have glibc 2.3.2-27.9 from redhat network installed, including the devel rpm in case that helps

It is for Maya 4.5 but works for 5.0.

Now if someone could just tell me how to get Maya to run under Suse 8.2!!!! :)
